Mom w/twins on the way is seeking full time help

We are seeking a full time nanny for a pregnant mom, expecting twins at the end of the summer, family also has a two year old toddler at home.  Looking for a nanny who has great references and experience with both age groups.  You must also be great with schedules, planning and be loving comforting and soothing with infants and be able to run play and get dirty with a toddler and play at his level.  This is a long term position, full time and the family is offering $18/hr cash to start.  Please have a clean background check, verifiable references and experience with both age groups.  Full time position starts in June Mon-Friday 11am-7pm.
