Resume tip-Don't be eliminated!

Everyone thinks that if they submit a resume that seems perfect for the position that means you will automatically be considered, not true.  Families looking for nannies, typically do not do this type of thing often.  They don't know that after a few years the kids start going to school full time, then the family only needs someone for a few hours per day.  When that happens most nannies will have to move on in order to find full time employment.  When putting your resume together at the end of each job description add a short statement about why the job ended.  Answering that question before it gets asked is a quick and easy way to not be eliminated from the list of potential candidates.
